If it's cold where you live you might want to try the BodyGym by Marie Osmond. You use it in the house and it is fun and easy with quick results. I have lost tons of inches and gained lots of muscle and shape. I absolutely LOVE it. Plus you can do it in front of the TV and throughout the day when you have time.

I would use all egg whites and then one yolk for flavor. The yolk isn't bad for you, so enjoy!

I actually saw a good analogy of this at the gym. 5 lbs of fat equals 3 large grapefruits whereas 5 lbs of muscle is like 3 small oranges. Of course they weigh the same but are more dense and compact.

Seriously, you can't reach 1200 calories? That's not that difficult to do. PB & J, bread, avocados, nuts. There's tons of foods with high calories and tasty too. Good luck!

I don't believe in cutting any food out; that's just not realistic. Life is meant to be enjoyed and that includes all foods. If you deprive yourself you'll fall off the band wagon and eat everything in sight. Everything in moderation. Good luck and enjoy!

Ask a trainer at your gym or see a nutritionist. I've been doing MFP for 5 weeks as of today as well as working out every day and still haven't lost a pound so I'm rather annoyed and irritated too. Good luck!

Your body just changes once you have a baby. I think you are way over thinking this and worrying about nothing. You are putting way too much emphasis on the scale. If you are feeling good and your clothes are fitting nicely, just relax and it will happen. Good luck!

Seriously? It sounds like an animal being an animal. Perhaps if this cat is going to be around the baby then you need to get it declawed. Our cat has been declawed for years and he is just fine; but he is strictly an indoor cat, never goes outside. Otherwise, talk to your vet or doctor for further information.
