I do. I aim for 1600.

I really enjoy it. I will say I have never had one skip. I do order mine through BB so I get their warranty on the videos. I do not use Shakeology either and it is not required to follow the eatting plan. I will admit I love this part. The containers make it super easy.

Mine are 10 & 6 years. I get up at 4:30 and workout before heading into work:).

I will be starting Jan 4th. Need to finish 21 Day Fix Extreme first.

I enter 1 cal for this.

Without a doubt.

It is not about pounds lost. If you are tightening up then you are moving forward. Muscle weighs too. If you are gaining muscle and losing fat you may not see scale movement. You need to take measurements for a clear picture of loss. Decreasing calories could work against you. I lost inches while lifting and put on 3-4 lbs.

I am up and out at 4:45am. I love it. I work and have two very active kids. Any other time would not work for me.

You 100% need a total rest day to avoid injury. Your running likely improve also. Honestly there is no need to peak over 12 or 13 miles unless you want. Make sure to start tapering a few weeks prior.

I am 5'5.5" and about 130 lb. I am where I want to be size wise but looking to tone up. I am currently up 4 lb in the process. I hope to stay under 135 but am learning to accept the number on the scale as it is and focus more on my size. Sometimes that is easier said than done but I am getting there.

It will get easier but likely never go away. I take two puffs before I head out and carry it with me on long races. It is always worse for me in the warm months.... Especially when my allergies are high. That said I have ran several half marathons without issue. Hang in there and be safe.

I do both but... Agree interval if the goal is weight loss
-
I have done all these programs and they all give results with the proper diet and dedication. If you do not eat right you will not see results with any of them. It all comes down to what you want. Weight wise I lost the most with Turbo Fire. I say pick what interests you the most and go with it.

I ride with my 4 year old all the time but he is attached to my bike. Last year he was in a trailer. This year he was big enough for a trail along. I would invest in a trailer for rides and try to power walk when she is on her bike.

I have tried a few different plans and that one is by far my favorite. I have good luck with it.
-
Right now I am doing Chalean Extreme. I have done NROLFW I. The past and really liked it.

I am on day 2 and have not found them difficult. I have actually done JMBR and found the first couple days of CLX moves much easier to follow. I still can not figure out Jillian's dive bombers, LOL. Give it time and go back to the instructional video if it will help. You will not get the results you want with 5lb weights.…

This week will likely be he hardest. Today is my last day in my current job and I can not have a celebration drink :-(. We leave Saturday for a long weekend trip with another couple and I will have to watch the overs and I know that will be hard. I can do it though... I know I can :-/.
-
Nope. My husband really likes JMBR. Jillian workouts are his favorite. Quick and effective.

There is no program out there that will give you great results without a proper diet. It is 80% diet and 20% exercise. That said, you you need a program you enjoy. T25 is great but you have to enjoy it and give 100% to get results. If you want slower and controlled but still like a program with a variety of workouts I…

If I must do both then strength first.

I would look into Body Revolution. I have done it, Insanity, Turbo Fire and T25. T25 and Body Revolution are both about 30 minutes which I love and still give results. Turbo Fire was my favorite for cardio but was not a fan of the band workouts. Insanity is tough and IMO not the best option for a first time option. It does…

So far it has not been bad. Next weekend will be the hardest. We are going on a mini vacation with friends. No Alcohal will be tough. I am already dreading it :-(.
-
There is a definite difference but you will be fine. There are modifications offered if you need. That said, if you like JM there is another option, JMs Body Revolution is another 90 day program that gives great results. And yes, I own all three :-).
-
I am starting this one in 4 weeks (after I finish T25 gamma).
-
If you give 100% intensity and use heavy enough weights you will get results from T25. I just finished beta and plan to start gamma tomorrow. I have done NROLFW, Turbo Fire, Body Revolution and am a long distance runner. I definitely did not go in as a newbie and the results were there. I had just as good of results as…

I am a runner. I guess it depends what you consider high protein. I aim for 100g a day. I have an open diary and log about 80% of the time. I am also a TDEE eater so I am a consistent 1800-1900 cals per day.
