Core de Force or Hammer & Chisel
I am at the half way point of P90X3 and starting to look forward to what's next. I have it narrowly to Core de Force or Hammer and Chisel. I want something that works more at the muscle toning more than cardio as I also run a couple days a week. Anyone done both that can give insight?

Question for distance runners.
I am in the middle of marathon training. I am 15 weeks out now. I am scheduled to run a 16 miler Saturday. Unfortunately I am sidelined with a calf strain. Do I completely rest ior cross train (bike, ect) to replace the run?

Nutrition
I am working towards my first marathon in October. I am currently at 25-30 mpw. I feel like it may be time to look closer A at my nutrition. I am trying to figure out my best caloric and macro goals. Any site recommendations or input from experience:). I also cross train 3 days a week (strength).

Strength training for distance running.
I am currently training for a half in September and full in October. I run 4 days a week and do PiYo three days a week. I would like to add 1-2 days of weights but hate to overdo it. What is the best strength training while running distance (body weight, low weight high rep or high weight low rep).

Started my Insanity/Running Hybrid.
I did Insanity about a year ago. I decided to try a hybrid to increase my running speed and strength. I did day 1 of Insanity yesterday. I so hurt today! My run this morning was not as easy as usual... lol. I am a little nervouse for day 2 of Insanity tomorrow.

Yoga or pilate DVD suggestions
I am getting tired of my current DVD and would like to purchase another. Any suggestions for a good one? I mainly run/lift but try to add yoga or pilates in once a week. I would prefer one under 40 minutes if at all possible.

Runners - how much water do you drink?
I went out for a 9 miler yesterday and went through about 20 oz of water. I went into a local running store looking for a hydration belt and was told I should only need to hydrate every 4-4.5 miles. Dead lift help.
I started NROLFW and did my dead lifts this morning. I felt like it was straining on my back and my back is a little sore this evening. I used two 20 lb dumbbells. Any idea if this is a potential form issue, too much weight or a combo of both?

How do you haves your calories set in MFP? Do you manually adjust it and ignore the adjustment MFP makes for your exercise? Signed up for my first half October 21st!
I am super pumped. I started runnining in Feb 2011. I did a few 5k that year and ran my first 20k June of this year. I followed HH Novice 1 for my 20k (with a few modifications). I will use HH Novice 2 for the half. I start next week.... yeah. I ran my 20k in 2:08 and hope to do my half in 2:15. We will see:).
