Yoga or pilate DVD suggestions

I am getting tired of my current DVD and would like to purchase another. Any suggestions for a good one? I mainly run/lift but try to add yoga or pilates in once a week. I would prefer one under 40 minutes if at all possible.

You either love her or can't stand her, but I'm in the "love" category: anything from Denise Austin gives me a well-rounded workout and I feel her prompts/instructions are just right. Not too much talking, but enough to keep you in correct form. She has a ton--I like a lot of them.0

Anything by Rodney Yee, Shiv Rea etc.
I have these and I like them - Power Yoga Collection,A.M. Yoga for Your Week
I also love the P90X Yoga.
There are a bunch of yoga/pilates DVDs aimed specifically at runners. I have used the Pilates DVD from Lisa Watson, Laura Tarbell. Pretty intense...Google for more.0 -
I agree, anything by Rodney Yee. There are several to choose from Gaiam series too, including some Rodney Yee. http://www.gaiam.com/yoga/videos/3010200,default,sc.html
Karen Voight had a nice yoga and pilates program that you could mix and match according to your workout needs (and time).

If you just want to do an easy relaxing 20 minutes a day one, Namaste Yoga has a good 3 disk CD program (I think 14 or 15). Beautiful music and relaxing scenes, http://www.katepotteryoga.ca/namastetv.html
If you want to get into the physical spiritual stuff, Shivea Rea, more traditional intuitive yoga style http://shivarea.com/online-store
Hope you find something to let your toes blossom like lotus flowers0 -
For Pilates, I highly recommend anything by Ellen Barrett. I love her. All of her videos are great and she is a lot of fun and not annoying. A lot of her workouts also include some cardio and ballet/dance inspired techniques so you burn more calories than just traditional pilates.0
