Upper body workouts for home.

I just do my first 20k last weekend. I did my training at the same time as Jillian Michael's By Revolution and it ended up being a little much. I will start training again next month for my half marathon in October. I would like to find a DVD or workout that I can o at home which emphasizes on the upper body. I love JM but am open to all ideas/suggestions.

    I'm a runner as well and felt like I was lacking in the upper body department. I also didn't want to take on a program that would require me to sacrafice on my cardio conditioning. I did Turbo Fire and added hand weights. I actually experienced improved cardio conditioning and started to get the toned armes I'd been wanting. I've since moved onto P90X (swaping out the scheduled cardio videos and replacing with my half marathon training plan). X has really turned up the volume on my muscle tone :)

    Get yourself a pullup bar.

    Pushups and pullups are the basis for all upper body work. Everything else is merely a variant or an assistance exercise.
