For those trying to maintain there current weight... do you still log all your food? I have reached my goal weight. Now I am working to maintain and gain strength/tone. I am curious if others in this situation count calories.

Calorie burn increase as program progresses?
Does the calories burned increase as you progress in the program. I started week two today. I love tthe program but am frustrated by the amount of calories I am burning. I know the workouts will get harder. Please tell me the calorie burn increases too.

Anyone doing cardio other than the suggested DVD?
Is any anyone doing something different than the suggested DVD? I have a 10k slated in a couple months and a half marathon this fall. I really don't want to take 90 days off from running. I plan to replace the cardio DVDs with running. Is anyone else doing. Different type of cardio? I had to change my rest day too.…

Did Day 1 Disc 1 this morning. I upped the intensity on many but felt it was a pretty good work out for level 1. I am feeling it in the arms this morning at work.

Just ordered - Question
I ordered via the internet Saturday. It said I would get a confirmation email within 2 hours and I never got one. Is this normal? I really hope something did not go wrong. I am really excited to get started. It did give the confirmation number at the end so I am assuming everything went through okay.
