Body Revolution vs Beach Body workouts

Hi everyone.

I will be finishing up Turbo Fire in a few weeks and want to buy Body Revolution to start up next:). I love the length of the workouts but am a little apprehensive on if they will be what I am looking for. I have done Insanity in the past. I liked it but honestly I like using some weights versus only doing strength training through body weight. I love Turbo Fire but it does not have the strength conditioning I am looking for. I hope Body Revolution will be the mix I am looking for:).

I am not looking to lose weight. I want to tone up and gain a little strength. I hope to incorporate a few days of running too. Does this sound feasible with the program. I plan to order this weekend. TIA!

    In my opinion you can do these workouts and reach your goals of toning up. Just stick with eating maintenance calories and eat your exercise calories if you don't need to lose the weight.

    I am in the middle of week 4 and I find that as I move into the 2nd week of each set of workouts, I am able to use heavier weights because I am getting stronger. I do have weight to lose, but I also plan to use this program again after I reach my goal to help finish toning and get more ripped.
