I am working towards my first marathon in October. I am currently at 25-30 mpw. I feel like it may be time to look closer A
at my nutrition. I am trying to figure out my best caloric and macro goals. Any site recommendations or input from experience:). I also cross train 3 days a week (strength).

I've run a few half's, ~30mpw, but I'm not actively training for a marathon. I do however, want to build my base to 50-60mpw. I read Matt Fitzgerald 's racing weight and it helped give me an idea on nutrition. I can't remember the macro suggestions. He advocates eating right and your macros will line out. That might be a good resource. Good luck on the full training!
