It could be because you gained weight in muscle which took over for the weight in fat. Either way, the scale isn't an accurate judgement of weight loss.

I tend to way myself every couple of days. I'm not very consistent with the days I weigh, but whenever I do, I always weigh myself in the mornings. And since I don't weigh myself quite often, I log the number whenever I do.

Some people feel nauseous if they workout on an empty stomach, or even feel weak during a workout. If that's you, I recommend having something small but very healthy beforehand. I usually have some greek yogurt, a banana, or an apple before I go. You can even have a protein shake before.

I'm doing around 1200 Cal a day too. How has your progress been? How many lbs have you been loosing every week?
