Don't worry about the scale (it's the devil) go by your clothes and how you feel. Because your body fluxuates from your Monthly visitor, salt etc etc...getting on that scale can depress you in a heartbeat when you gain or stay at a plateau... What she said!!! But I eat between 1300-1700 because I workout everyday at least 30-90 min...I also have a BodyMedia and my deficit is 1000 calories and calories burn are between 2630-3000....forgot..i'm 5'3.

What he said!! add some new music thats what I did and i'm getting a new burst of energy from it...or I watch a movie...i'm so focused on that I tune everything out including the running and I don't realize it until the treadmill slows down..lol (just started running..up to 15 minutes now doing C25k)..

Try the new Crystal Light Liquids no calories or sugar..just mix it in your water and your good to go...and if you drink your 8oz everyday your body will get use to it and you won't have to go the bathroom as much...well at least thats what happened with me. :blushing: :happy:

I am doing that...and it has gone down some...but I thought that there was a exercise that I can do to target that section to get it down a lot more....but i will keep what i'm doing and be patient that it will disappear with a little more time and effort... Thanks for the advice :flowerforyou:
