My husband just talked to the owner of the gym we go to..he is wanting to bulk up some.not lose in weight..He is 5'8 158 lbs. He is lifting and was told to increase protein to around 85 g..i don't know if that helps..He don't want to be a monster by no means..Just a nice cut..and he is getting there..

Just this past Friday, I spoke to a good friend of mine who has a degree in nutrition.My weight had stalled many times, so I was asking her a few questions.I was at a 1200 cal. and burn anywhere from 300 to 500 cal. a day or around that.She said I was not eating enough calories.I should have 1600-1800 a day and excersise…

I eat PB at least 3 or 4 times a week. I add them to my smoothies if I don't add protein powder.My husband eats a PB on whole wheat bread just about every morning.Which he is a very active runner...

Sounds like you are doing it right. Some days I eat my calories burned and somedays I don't, depends on if I am hungry.I haven't been eating enough lately and my weight has been at a little stand still.So I as of today I am trying harder to work on that and see how it goes from here.As some has stated you will learn alot…
