Count me in..Sounds like a great way to start off the New Year!! 1) Drink 9 cups of water a day 2) Limit sweets to once a week..(because this has been something I do just about everyday & I need to get away from it) Just don't think i can cold turkey.. 3) Exercise 5 days a week...:smile:

I would really like to lose 20 lbs by Christmas.. The 26th will be a year since I got serious about my weightloss journey. I have lost right at 35 pounds and 22 inches..I would love to reach my goal by then..I wish you all the best:smile:

My husband and I both wear our wedding bands,, He never takes his off...and I just very rarely take my off..only making biscuits or putting on panty hose..lol..but if you and your husband are ok.. with it nothing wrong with it..You and he both know your married..:smile:

I am still here and not giving up.. I have some health issues,but I am pushing through them..I have several more doctor's appointmeants line up for the next 3 weeks..So I am hoping to get things worked out soon..Problems with my BP dropping..and of course exercing lowers it also..

On the 7th was my grandson's 1st birthday..We had him a party and I was on my feet for over 5 hours, I did eat some cake and it was good,,but made me feel YUCKY afterwards..I was wore out and ended up falling asleep early Saturday night and forgot to log my foods..I have started my week off right this morning with 12 mins…
