I was hoping it was a joke! I couldn't imagine someone really thinking that way, but you never know.

First, I hope this post is totally a joke, and if not read below. Well I am just gonna go out and give my totally honest, brutal opinion. I read this post to my husband and he agreed with me that you are just being ridiculous. 1) So you drink more, but expect your wife to make a comment about your liver? You are a grown…

If you have extra money get one of those treadmill/desk combos. You could do your workout and homework at the same time!

I don't think I would really like to do my running with no bra. Talk about pain!

Compulsively checking my phone to see if it's up. I love seeing how how my MFP friends are kicking butt.

I have my account set to 1 lb weight loss per week and with sedentary lifestyle (I also have a desk job). I actually have been losing more like 1.5-2 lbs per week with it set that way.

Seeing all these yummy meals makes me remember how horrible I am at cooking. Which one of you can I hire to make all this wonderful food for me?

I'm pretty sure that website does not have current information. My name is Dorothy and it says it's the 10th most popular name.

During the week I come home from work, change, and head straight to the gym or a nearby park to run. On the weekends I usually workout sometime midafternoon. I've been toying with the idea of also going to the gym in the morning as well and dividing strength training and cardio into two different sessions.

I'm doing the "whatever I feel like doing" program. I don't think I could stick with a program because I get bored so easily and I'm sure I would give up quickly doing the same kind of thing over and over.

Prior to my upper endoscopy my Gastroenterologist said if someone really has Celiac and has been eating gluten for years it would take MONTHS to YEARS to remove all signs of Celiac in your body so you should be ok going GF for a week prior. I didn't get diagnosed with Celiac, but rather "Gluten Sensitivity." Maybe I'm a…

My account is set to sedentary so any actual, intentional exercise I do I log. I also eat back a portion of my exercise calories. I usally try to have my net be at least 1200, but of course under the 1520 alloted calories. And there are time that the only reason I work my butt off at the gym is so I can have a great date…

You are already doing great so far! A 24 lb weight loss is awesome and shoes you are heading in the right direction. Just keep your chin up.

I think it kind of depends on what kind of thing you are hungry for as well. For something sweet I go forgrapes or low-fat vanilla yogurt and sometimes add in a few mini chocolate chips. For something salty, popcorn. For something savory, Laughing Cow cheese spread (available in all kinds of flavors) on crackers.

Well my initial goal is 160, but I may chose to go lower once I reach my first goal. I would also like to be a size 8. I was a size 6 and 140 in high school so that would be really awesome to be again, but I don't want to press my luck. I'm also 5'8".

26 here! I sent you a request.

I went with my sister to her gym one time and I saw like three different people wearing sandals and on various cardio machines. I'm pretty sure if I tried that I would wind up seriosuly injuring myself somehow.

I have been diagnosed with gluten intolerance and personally I think it sucks. Heck I still eat gluten even though I know full well I will feel like absolute crap. But if it is something you want/have to do I would just stick to foods naturally gluten free (meats, vegetables, fruits). There are a lot of GF products out…

What would be interesting is to find out what kind of dog(s) the people actually own as well to see if the guess was correct.

Catahoula Leopard dog

You have done such an awesome job! You can see the difference everywhere. Keep it up!

I would sure hope she could cook (because I sure can't) otherwise I would die and she would have to fight the zombies alone.

I would log at least half of it, but honestly probably the whole thing. I would rather overestimate than underestimate. But in the end your body doesn't give a crap about what you log into your food diary, it just matters what you actually consume. So either way it doesn't really matter.

There is actually a test you can do to determine if eggs are still good. Fill up a bowl of water. If the egg sinks then it's still good. If the egg sinks to the bottom but stand up on the point it's good but needs to be consumed soon. If the egg floats it needs to be thrown away.

I used to always hate how I looked in pictures and was so unhappy with my appearance for a long time but what it finally took to make me want to change was when I realized I was missing out on dates with my husband. Whenever we were going to go out to dinner or a movie or pretty much anything I would try on everything I…

I have a weight goal in mind now, but I'm sure as I get closer to that goal it will become more of a look goal. I know I need to lose a certain amount of weight to even be able to get to the look I want.

I sure do. I have a coupon binder with the baseball card sheets in it to store the coupons. I find that comparing the ads to the coupons myself can be so time consuming so I like to go to moneysavingmom.com or thekrazycouponlady.com. On those sites they have the items on sale paired with the coupons so all the leg work is…

I use coupons combined with sales to cut down on food costs. Sure there are tons of coupons out there for crappy food but if you take the time to look you can find some great ones. I have been able to get pouched tuna for free, eggs for free, whole wheat pasta for free, pasta sauce for free, frozen vegetables for free,…

I weigh myself everyday because I can't fight the temptation, but I only record the weigh-in from Monday morning.

I have mini goals based on what weight I hope to be by a certain event. I can't say that rewarding myself with buying something would work for me because I am certainly one of those "if I want it I'm going to go get it" kinda people. But for me the idea of being a certain weight for my wedding anniversary, or my husbands…
