  • Sounds just like mine. I was doing jumping jacks one evening and he joined in. It was so funny that I had to stop just to watch him and laugh. I need to use my shred again. I never made it past level 1 but I know I felt better while I was doing it. It's just making myself MAKE the time to do it that's the problem.
  • Sounds like we have a similar story. I'm a single mom of a 2 yr old boy. I have 30 Day Shred and a stationary bike, and don't use either one of them with any consistency. I don't know how old your boys are but a girl here at work got her kids to workout with her and that really seems to have helped. Mine tries...but…
