I took hydroxyvut once and I felt like i was tweaking. I shook and couldn't concentrate. But my husband took it and was fine. However, i guess i'm a purist and think that weight loss should be done as naturally as possible even if if it takes longer becuase then you develop healthy habits too.

Make your workouts more intense. Like intervals or something, so that your can readjust and then lose more. READ the best life diet book. It talks about points and pushing past them.

A doctor just told me that fruit has so many benefits that i can eat as many as i want. The sugar in fruit is a complex carb so it takes longer to break down in your body so it's not like a candy bar. But sugar is all sugar. The same. So it's just up to you if you want to limit the fruits.
