I like the cheating but still have a limit. Because if I cheat I go all out and cheat until I can't possibly cheat anymore.

Hey 70 lbs. in a year is awesome progress, and it sounds like you have some good transitions into healthy options and versions. Maybe this year just swap a few more or add some extra veggies. It really does sound like you are moving on the right track and seeing lots of success.

It's all about balance, plus I try to work in some cheat meals during the week but I usually try to stay close to my calorie allowance. Or I really really eat well before I cheat and workout after. Feeling guilty after eating could lead to disordered eating or a full fledged eating disorder.
