Thanks, I just really don't like it when they feel like i'm the one that 's wrong when I eat good food that they may not like.

I love this comment, because my friends eat like crap and then complain about how bad they feel. And when I don't complain because i put good food in my body, then I'm singled out as being weird and unamerican (which is my favorite by the way, I'm not a bad eater so i might as well not be from this country, well that's…

1200 works for me, but I eat tons of fruits and veggies and whole grains and those are somewhat light on calories and make be feel full for a long while and I get to eat more times a day so that helps too.

That's what I want. People to say whoa she looks hot! You must be looking awesome.

Hey nice post. I've been at it for a while, but I really liked some of your suggestions.
-
You look like you can do anything now. Rock on!!

So I'm super vain and I want a pair of size 5 short hollister jeans, a black bikini from Victoria Secret (cheeky style), and to make my entire reek of jealously when I stroll into the pool this summer. I've been the one that is a little bit chunky and weird but this summer I want people to ask me about my changes so that I…

WHOO HOO!!! I love to see people my height reaching their goals. That means I can do it too! Thanks for posting.

You have totally made a change. You look super in the after pic

Sometimes you have to give yourself a break, and indulge, and since you've already realized you need to get back on the train then you have made a tiny step back towards awesome.
-
You look great so far, keep up the awesomeness. Being short is fun but damn is it hard to keep weight from creeping up on you. My husband burns like double the amount of calories I do in a day, simply because he's taller. Oh well I wouldn't trade being short for tall ever.

I agree. I eat them if I'm extraordinarily hungry that day or I may feel just fine and not eat any of the exercise earned calories. I don't really notice a difference in my weight resuciton , so I can't be too far off base.

This story is so cool. I hope that my new found habits will make an influence on my future chidlren and they won't be dealing with the same issues that I am today.
-
I really like this. Sometimes I forget that all this ultimately is for me and not everyone else.

Zumba is so awesome, I've been doing it for like 2 months and still can't nail all the moves, but I'm laughing so hard and sweating so much that it has to be beneficial somehow. Major morale booster.

I'll do it, but I need to count diet soda too, cuz that stuff makes my stomach hurt like crazy and here lately I have a hankering for icing that I never had before, so I'm totally in and hopefully we rock ladies.

I feel like I have the same problem. I see other people and assume they weight a ton less than me and then i figure out for sure and they actually weigh more or the same. So I think that I have slight image disorder, but I try to concentrate on myself in the mirror and really digest what I am seeing and being more honest…

Time really matters if you are consuming like tons of carbs. I wouldn't suggest a big bowl of spagetti or pasta right before bedtime. Eating something before bed may actually help you sleep too.

I'm 5'2" and my goal is 110 -115. I believe I'll still be curvy at that weight and look like a woman. But I do believe it's all about you and how want to look and feel .

You could see a gain because you are building some muscles and you need a rest each week so your body and recoop. When I'm working out hard, I normally see a gain then I lose like 2 pounds on my rest day.
-
If it wasn't one my phone I would be lost and eat like a crazy obsessed person. Mostly because after I workout, I feel like I can eat anything that I want. WRONG!
-
Yeah planning your workouts helps a ton, but I used to blow them off and my mindset is what changes everything. MINDSET = REACHING YOUR GOALS!!
-
Holy moly, you look amazing.
-
I think my mind has finally matured, so I imagine how I am going to feel after I eat something that is fried or cheesy, and then most of the time I change my mind and eat the good stuff that I packed or planned. I think this is a hard place to reach by yourself and it may have been easier if my parents would have been good…

All I can say is that you have to make this a lifestyle and not a diet. I have tried to lose the same 30 pounds for like 5 years, ever since my senior year in high school and I am just now getting to the point where I don't want to put bad stuff in my body anymore. I have cravings and sometimes I let myself have them, but…

Well, I am 5'2" and my goal is 115.

I started eating healthy at the beginning of the new year and I have been very determined and I have perserved through temptation/ french fries, but working out is just now coming to me. I finally figured out that what little free time that I have, should be spent doing something beneficial for my body, since it helps me…

I guess it could be all the fiber, but I have the same problem sometimes and if anyone has answers or suggestions, that would be great.
