I use the Fitbit Aria. Syncs in to my fitbit account and MFP. Expensive and it tells me things I really don't want to hear but should. It can separate in to multiple accounts so more than one person can use it. Not bad.

I have a fitbit, it's pretty accurate. It also tells me how many calories I burn. It's kept me on track and helped me meet my goals

I've done this on occasion, I've just found if I eat my big meal late and go to bed within 3 hours I tend to put weight on. I try very hard to eat my big meals for breakfast or lunch but if I can't (like tonight) I try to eat dinner early (5-6pm). This is how my body works, I do have friends that it does'nt effect this way.

I too need to lose over 100lbs. I have a sit down job and try to move as much as possible. Would love not to have my back, sholuders and knees to hurt so much. Count me in!!!

A friend bought some to work today. I tried it. I like the sweet and salty taste. I won't have it again because I don't normally have that many calorie left like I had today. Craving for it is now over. Wendy, it's not mushy, Bacon is very crispy.

I started using Kind bars. They are all natural,gluten free, no sugar added, low glycemic, dairy free and low in sodium. I'm border line Diabetic so this fits into my diet pretty well.

I'm about 5'3.5 and weigh 260.5. Just started my diet. Smallest was about 135 in my 20's. 51 now. Would like to get down to 150.
