I have a wolf howling at the moon on my right boob lol :) I don't regret it, and I've had it for two years. And I want a tattoo on my lower back that says, "Love Faith Hope" to remind me of being positive everyday. BMI is faulty. It just takes your overall weight, not how much fat percentage you actually have. Go get yourself a nice set of calipers and see how much fat you have on your body, then go by that. You don't want more than 25% fat on your body. Lower would be ideal. But BMI is just a bogus way of doing it that no one has…

As an avid mountain biker, you really can bike every day, but you should have one rest day in between. Biking works your whole body, not just your legs. It's one of the best workouts you can get.

Were you exercising? Sometimes it can flare up hours after exercise. Heat can do it, as well.
