Go to ER?
Not really sure what I should have posted this under, but....I'm feeling really really sick. I've been throwing up and having diarrhea constantly. Nothing is staying in my stomach at all, not even water. I feel like I'm getting dehydrated, but I can't really tell if I am or not. Should I go to the ER?
