  • Hi just coming back to MFP. Actually turned 60 and looking for suggestions from us mature ladies (in age only!) to find some tricks for losing now!
  • You can try L-tryptophan which is an herb and if you get desperate take 1 Benadryl. It won't do anything but clear up your nose! Also Dr. Oz has a segment on sleep. When you figure out which one you are, you can eat the right foods!
  • The pill to try is Benedryl. Has HCI in it but nothing else and it won't hurt you!
  • CONGRATULATIONS!!!! So inspiring! Wishing you such a great time learning to maintain! You can do it!!!!
  • Two friends from work suggested MFP. One who just turned 50 has had a lot of back problems and was told she was diabetic! It is so inspiring for me to just look at how many pounds…

  • How long have you been doing this! It seems to get easier!! Lots and lots of veggies! Most are actually free! You can microwave a box and put a little BBq sauce or teriyaki sauce on them and eat the whole box! Be sure to include the sauces in your calorie count! Wish you the best! Oh and have it with a full glass of water…
  • I'm new, just started! But what I see is that you are all young ladies! I'm 59 and post menopausal! 5'2 and 152 pounds! Trying to lose some weight to look better and keep all those pesky bad health problems at bay! I am defiantly and unfortunately "apple shaped!" It seems like all clothes are made for pear shaped! But,…
