Thank you everyone for the input! I do crave pasta's & bread..so forth. That's what sucks!! But it's holding me back from weight loss..I'm sure of it. lol. That and I need to lower my sodium intake.

That is true about the aging..I should keep that in mind: :). And doing things while watching tv ( like abs ) is a good idea. I already park as far as I can when I go to the store, and I have a 2 story apt..so stairs I do daily lol.

I do agree about her voice repeating over & over saying "walk walk walk!" is annoying! lol. But at this point I'm just trying to think of what I should do. I REALLY need to lose weight, and I'm NOT happy with myself at this point! And congrats missy1970eb..that's awesome!! Walking is great! :)

Lessertess: I always sweat with Zumba lol. And I did notice my abs starting to pop out a lil when I was doing the dvd. I just don't know if maybe I should look into a class or just keep doing the DVD?! Almost everyone that has responded does the class. I just hope I can see some kind of result with the dvd!

I've heard that about sugar & how it makes you crave more bad stuff. Hmm I'll definitely havta consider that & stay away. Reepobob: You did answer the question..I just think I'm going to have a difficult time getting down portion sizes..not really me, but my stomach! I feel hungry after eating smaller portions..so I try eating slower & it does seem to help..but it'll just take some time! Thank you!
