Today was good eating/calorie wise, I was under goal. No sweets and only water(minus 1/2 coffee to wean me off - no Splenda in it). I walked about 90 min this am with the dog. Not so good with the strength today. Tomorrow will be better!

Me too! I asked our dietitian at work and she said have something crunchy like baby carrots and warm tea. Nothing too sugary or that will trigger more cravings. She spoke of the sugar because I asked about putting honey in the tea. Not much honey if any. Hope this works for all of us! I haven't even been to the store yet…

I just got it too. I already have her "No More Trouble Zones" and can only get thru half of that. I saw this at Target for $9.00 and thought I should get the last one. Anyway, good luck! Hang in there, she is really tough but gets the job done! :)
