  • Wouldn't be without it. 51lbs down now but you can configure to maintain, lose or build. Tried fitbit and jawbone but don't trust the numbers the way I do with BMF. Also great function of printing out reports in whatever time frame you want to analyse progress and see what you're doing right or wrong.
  • Same here for two days. Driving me mad. Work around is.... Update BMF then go to MFP unlink your BMF and relink it. Happens every now and again they usually get it working a day or so.
  • My order is in too, gets pulse from SPO2 monitoring, will be accurate at rest but variable with energetic movement. Will be interesting to see how aerobic and anaerobic exercise impacts oxyhaemoglobin I think.... Just a waiting game now!
