Thanks everyone :o) I thought it was too low...and considering that I am also starting a training regime I thought I'd double check. TrainingWithTony - I'd love some tips on nutrition to have with training for a half marathon :o) Thanks again!

I agree - I used this app when I first trained for a 10K - it was briliant! I just did my first run in a while, and I tell you it was hard! Don't try to run what you used to when you were fit; it only takes 2 weeks to lose your fitness and 6 weeks to regain it (so I've been told)... Enjoy the running!

I've trained for a 10K in October...so the running isn't the issue. It's really the diet and weight loss I need to focus on :o)
