I do the same thing and is so quick and easy! I also keep an arsenal of Mrs. Dash in my cupboards because of the healthy and yumm factor of them. My favorite meal is squash, asparagus, and a salmon fillet with lemon pepper Mrs. Dash!

I try and take in 100-130g. This is the calculation I use weight in pounds x .37 = protein in grams I also hit the elliptical for an hr every day and lift 4 days a week

I did the same, at 357 I knew 250 would be a good start, and I know it will take me awhile to get there. So I looked at the next 6 months on a calendar and set mini goals at different holidays/weddings/vacations. I try to stay more focused on the mini goals and know the long term goal will come with time!
