Hi, I would like to join in too please. My personal challenge is to lose as much as I can for my wedding on 24 Oct .. so not far from Halloween. :-) I will count last week's weigh-in so that I'm up to date with all you guys. Challenge starting weight: 178.9 Week 1 weigh in: 174.2 (loss of 4.7)
