Just order it from Bodybuilding.com. It takes a couple of weeks to get to most parts of Canada.

It's not important to stay under their numbers. I went over on everything almost every day until I customized my macros. How often do you weight train? Do you do too much steady-state cardio? At 189lbs you should be eating about 189g of protein every day. Your carbs and fats will depend on your exercise level and will need…

I like the Whey Gourmet Chocolate Peanut Butter (which tastes like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup) but it's only available in Canada now and I'm not sure where you are. Cellucor Cor-Performance has a great new one in Cinnamon Swirl if you like cinnamon. Also ON Gold Standard is always good but I've not had that kind in awhile…

^THIS^ Plus their Cinnamon Raisin bread makes INCREDIBLE french toast for a treat day! Ezekiel bread may be still high calorie but unlike regular bread, it won't spike your insulin levels as fast. Plus, no chemicals :)

You can add me - I have 23lbs left to lose

a square of dark chocolate works for me but it's not always sweet. A few berries would be good as they're not too high in sugar but they are still sweet. Or a good quality protein shake.

yummy in salads or homemade salsa! Good in eggs or in sandwiches - especially chicken. Love Avocados! PS "Bump" is just what people do so that the thread gets bumped to the top of the recently read or commented on list so that people notice it again and it receives more comments.

800-900 will put your body into starvation mode and you will not lose much weight once you hit a plateau. Plus, the weight you do lose will be lean muscle and not fat. At least get yourself 1000 calories a day. Protein shakes work for some added calories if you've eaten all you can. You could lose 1-2lbs a week so 44lbs…

FitnessRx is my favourite followed closely by Muscle and Fitness Hers and finally Oxygen. They are more sided towards weight training and circuit training but they also have a lot of good HIIT Circuits in them for the cardio machines.

I found an amazing peanut butter protein powder that tastes like Reese's yum. Otherwise a square or two of dark chocolate (not milk chocolate) would work for you if you can fit it into your calories. Grapefruit in the morning with some stevia is another option or berries don't have too much sugar in them but are sweet.

This happens for me too. Don't weigh yourself the day after weight training as it is true that the inflammation from the tear down of the muscles sometimes causes you to put on a tiny bit of weight. It will calm down in a day or so. If your sodium is high you will retain more water too so that could be it. If I weigh…

Have you tried a hot yoga class? NOT BIKRAM but a foundations or restorative hot yoga works wonders (I go just once a week and it's fantastic). Also yes to exercise - best way is with a gym buddy to get you there. I hired a trainer but that's expensive so will soon be going alone. After a year of regular gym and hot yoga I…

Salsa is definitely #1 with Sriracha being a close second. yum! Thankfully, unlike ketchup, both are relatively healthy.

Nope, just start again today. We all slip up now and then. One or two days of binging won't ruin weeks of hard work.

Artificial sweeteners are pretty horrible for you but one of my favourite treats for water is to put in the juice of an entire lime and the flesh of a passion fruit if I can find them. If you have both together it's absolutely delicious. Add some chia seeds and drink up :) delicious and so good for you! The lime and…
