I am 5'2" and fluctuate between 111-119 more on the up side recently while doing NROL4W. My goal is 110 as weight but mainly less in body fat instead of the scale. My cal goal is 1645 which is a 15% cut of my TDEE. IF I calculated my activity right.

Actually I did the ball workout about 3 times and then didnt do it again. I didnt feel like it was really doing anything. Maybe just do the core one again if skipping the ball.

I used to do the intermittant fasting. But I got too hungry soooo I just eat when I start to get hungry. I also have 3 kids I have to get up and get ready for school and then I babysit. Sooo by the time I even get a chance to think about it, its 9 am. Usually hungry then.

I've always done it after cooking it because i dont want to put raw meat on my scale and because I'm cooking it together with my families dinner.

I'm starting stage 3 of 7 stages on Monday (finished stage 2 today). The book is definitely worth the $12.99 (I bought it on amazon). You strength train 3 days a week (you can do 2 but not less or no more than 3). You dont do much cardio if any at first but I did as it helps my mood. So I have to add more cals to my day.…
