What I do is enter all activity and food ONLY on MFP. Then your fitbit will give you an estimated cal burn for the day (may take a week for it to personalize) . I eat 250 cals less than my TDEE that my fitbit tells me. :) So like yesterday it told me I burned 2100 cals (TDEE) . I kept track of this throughout the day and…

Yep. Thats EXACTLY what I did. But I started each day new and tried my best and still worked out instead of giving up. Now 3 weeks later I have lost 5 lbs. and my mind is in a better place. It will happen for you too. (I pray alot as well :) )

I think I had the highest at a whopping 13 lbs. :( I have lost 5 and "feeling" it lower a bit more but I try not to step on the scale too much as it will make or break my day even though i know it lies. .

I took a quick look at your diary for today so not sure what your days are usually like but maybe try eating 100+ grams of protein a day and a little less carbs. The suggestion is 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat. Your sodium is less then mine...lol. So thats awesome! Also suggessted is 30 grams fiber a day. Hope this…

I'm right there with you. Its so mental and derpessing at times but I cant eat less. I love food too much as I have the opposite problem as others having a hard time getting to their cal goal...I can get over my goal easily and have to stop myself from eating.

I have a fitbit. So do you feel the BMF is more accurate? Does it work more on your heartrate (as FB does not)?
