Just see if you can find 30 minutes for a walk after dinner. It will make a small difference.

I log some cleaning, but not all. I look at the 1200 calorie allowance that MFP gives me as just enough calories to maintain myself if I don't move at all. I think logging cleaning is fine, if it is actual physical labor. Dish washing probably not worth logging, vacuuming, hanging laundry on the line and weeding, yes.

I don't do the jump squats for a similar reason. I messed up an ankle a few years ago and I skip jumps. If you are playing tennis, you are getting plenty cardio.

I have a similar problem. I get bored in my cube and head for the vending machine. I usually have fruit around, so I can go for that.

me too! I think about food way more when i have to write everything done and get so stressed out.

I don't have Insanity, but I am willing to be part of the challenge. I think having some one to be accountable to might help me. I have a gym membership and always mean to go to a lot more classes than I make it to. Maybe I can make a promise to attend a certain number of classes a week? Rachel

So my exercise plan for today is to do yoga this morning and walk to my accupunture appointment this afternoon rather than take the subway. It is about 2 miles so walking there and back should be a good work out.
