While reading your list, I felt so saddened by how you feel. Then I realized I have had the same thoughts. It would be easy to say don't worry what others think, but I know it's not that easy. Yes, I defiantly agree that they help with portion control. I've been eating them every day @ lunch during the week. I want to make sure I'm not doing more damage by eating them :-(
