Lots of people started, did anyone else finish? It may have taken me 60 days instead of 30, but I did it. I lost 10 lbs and 6 1/2" all over. I started Ripped In 30 yesterday.

I've missed two days and finished L1D9 today. I've been resisting getting on the scale or taking more measurements, but I'll probably do a half way check when I get done with Day 15.

Today will be Day 6 for me. It's going well but today is the first day I've felt my body dragging. Not necessarily more sore, but just an overall extra tired. Day 3 was the worst for soreness. IMO, the reason behind the appropriate amount of weight loss per week has more to do with being able to sustain the lifestyle changes after losing the weight than how fast you loose it. It would be fine to lose 5 lbs per week IF you could maintain it afterwards. 99% of people can't though, the changes to lose that much…
