  • You would want protein in the morning. If you do not have a job that keeps you moving all day, then I would not have to many carbs and sugars. They feel great for a little while but wear off quickly and your hunger comes back. Every morning I have 6 eggs, scrambled and sometimes Almond Milk with it.
  • Rum, Vodka, Gin and Scotch Wiskey all have 0 carbs. I typically stick to Bacardi Silver. Also, no flavored liquors like Limon or Cake. Mix with Diet Coke and you are fine.
  • Back in college a guy at the gym told me that cardio workouts are 300% more effective if you do them before eating breakfast..... now, I don't know if I believe the number he told me.
