My suggestion would be a hearty drinkable soup. My favorite is Trader Joe's Organic Creamy Tomato, or the Black Bean Soup. I can drink this at my station at work with a few Blue Diamond Crackers about 8 crackers with two low calorie cheese sticks. This works out to be around 400 calories and keeps me full. I hope this…

My fitness instructor suggested chocolate protein powder mixed in and a small amount of skim milk. I tried it with vanilla protein powder it was okay. It kept me feeling full until my lunch break with out a need for a mid morning snack.

I use a food scale to measure ounces and grams for receipts. I find it to give me a more accurate view for my calorie control.
