mine have a faded a little, but i think it is just due to time, not weight loss. i have also found that tanning can help hide them. last summer you could not see mine at all when i was all tan!

i just got the baby trend expedition stroller and i love it. i was a little sceptical (sp?) because it was the cheapest (new) jogging stroller i could find but i absolutly love it. do not have one complaint about it (except it could have been made in prettier colors  ).

i started a 1200 cal diet (what MFP set me at) back in October. From october-January I lost 24lbs. then i kind of fell of track and gained five of it back. I started back on my strict 1200 cal diet this week and so far have lost 3 lbs. i eat my exercise calories back as well and have never had a problem with losing weight…

at my favorite restuarant i always get steamed veggies with my steak  it's so yummy!

i have not been eating any special kind of diet except that i follow the 1200 cals that MFP set for me, and also i try not to go over the fat and sugar goals the MFP has set for me.

that will be my next step :) get rid of this fat, and then worry about the stretch marks. although i don't think i will have a problem because i don't show my stomach unless it is in a bathing suit. and as long as i keep up with my tan, you can't even see them! and my husband doesn't mind them so i am not too worried about…

honestly, from october until the end of december, i only exercised maybe one a week. i lost most of the weight just by following a 1200 calorie a day diet. but my new years resolution was to work out more, so i have been going to the gym 3 days a week and doing the "couch to 5k" program and also lifting weights.

i was so worried that my belly would never change and i would always have the fold over belly look. but i can already tell that it has changed so much and does not look so much like it is "folded-over" anymore. glad i could inspire you

if it was me personally, i would do what I wanted to do. and in that situation (since i am not a drinker/partier either) i think i would go with my best friend for an hour or so, maybe ask her if i can take her to dinner before hand so i won't feel guilty leaving the bar super early. buy her a drink or two and then tell…

Chinese is a weakness of mine :embarassed: i normally eat what i want but in smaller portions than i used to. but i LOVE veggies, so i normally pile those on and fill up on them and then a little bit of rice and small portion of chicken (cause i like the fried stuff  )

yes, women ASK their babies to be hungry at the exact time they will be at the store so they can get attention by feeding them :grumble: trust me, the last thing a breastfeeding mother is looking for is for everyone to stare at their boobs and give them attention.

has anyone done the p90x yoga dvd? what do you think about it? i think that is what i will start with (since i already have it)
-
currently my work-out schedule is going to the gym 3 days a week (mon, wed, fri) and on the other days i will normally do a p90x workout at home (mostly the ab ripper). so i think i will do yoga two times a week (like maybe tues and thurs). the heated yoga sounds interesting! i love being super hot!
-
i also wondered about the calming and relaxing-ness (is that a word? lol). it seems like it would be a great stress reliever. i have the p90x videos. i have not done the whole program, just use the dvds here and there wen i feel like since i prefer to go to the gym. but i think i will start doing the yoga dvd 2 times a…
