You are on the right path, my friend. Continue to play sports and never completely stop. Breaks are okay, but sports keep you grounded and plugged into life.

If you and hubby do it together, it is only a little time each day. You could let the neighbors know what you are up to and maybe they could offer a few guidelines (such as I put my baby to sleep at 8:00 pm...could you be done by then). Maybe you could invite the neighbors to work out at the same time!

Oh yes! I would do it straight to the vein if I could. Working out helps some. A little chocolate helps some, too. I keep one Hershey Kiss a day just for TOM.
