  • Being that I have heart disease in my family history and high blood pressure (now controlled by meds) I've known to try and stay away from high salt's. So I would rarely eat canned soups and most frozen dinners and such. Now that I've joined MFP and have been monitoring my daily intakes I'm wondering how much is too much.…
  • Alright!!! Cashew would be #2 in my top 5. I just knew they were bad cause of how good they are. Thanks Tresa for that info. Now I'll have to hurry and finish my bag of pistachio's so I can get cashews to go with my new bag of almonds. :bigsmile: I just love hearing it's ok to snack on something I love. :wink:

  • My wife recently discovered 10 Minute Solution's video's and ordered a couple from Amazon. She tried a couple using Netflix instant view and liked them. 10 MS: Carb Burner and 10 MS: Basic Ball Execises I think were the titles.

  • Alright, ya'll talked me into giving this a shot. What worries me is that on Tues. Thurs. and Sat. I spend a couple hours at the gym doing cardio, weights and racquetball. The site suggested a day of rest in between. I can't give up my gym time. So... we'll see. I bet I can do it.
