I don't think this is much of a problem. Your body isn't going to allow you to starve yourself, and I usually err on staying slightly under my daily calories. In my opinion, sodium doesn't matter, unless you have high blood pressure. Wheat is far from bad for you, unless you have celiac disease. Therefore, I say go for it. I am actually right with you. I have increased my calories and changed my work outs. My old diet was too restrictive--I actually wasn't taking in enough. That said, I'm still at a plateau, and I have a good 20+lbs to go. Let me know what works for you, and I will do the same.

Remember your diet isn't over, you haven't blown it and you don't have a reason to quit. Not that it sounds like you're going to, but that was one of my biggest problems. Then, give yourself a little slack. Allow for cheat meals now and then, maybe once a week. Make sure you have people supporting you, I guess that's sort…
