I'm just starting on adderall now. I literally started it today. What did you notice? I'm hoping it helps me get back in shape, though I really do need it for my ADD, but the side effects seem like they should help my diet. My appetite seems to be less now, but I assume I will get used to it.

How long have you been doing this program? The results should be more obvious after a while and your bf% will go down.

^This! If drinking diet soda would in the slightest bit keep me from losing weight, I would never have lost a pound, and I have lost and kept off 80lbs. I drink cases a week worth of pop...probably not a good thing, but I haven't seen any effects yet.

First, do you have any actual proof that Walmart is selling this? Second, do you have any proof of the claims that the corn had this effect on rats? Third, have you heard of any people or have any proof that said effects have happened on people, or is this just a warning for rats?

You absolutely can't "target" areas. It's just a result of your body type. You can try to build your abs up, but that won't necessarily result in inches lost.

Exactly! There is no real science that says why or how artificial sweeteners are bad for you. The "studies" which supposedly show it are junk science at best.

I applaud your courage. If anything, you should be applauded for your resolve to do whatever it takes to lose the weight. Diet and exercise alone are ideal, but sometimes you need a little extra help. Motivation is what I really needed. Hopefully this Petermine helps you and you become a healthier person because of it.
