20-30 Min Muscle Toning Workout Geared Towards Men

I am doing the 30 Day Shred and my Boyfriend is looking to do a workout video, maybe something like the one I'm doing... but it has to be geared towards men.

Suggestions would be very appreciated :)

20 to 30 minutes a day would be perfect.. not ready to do the Insanity/P90x.

    Men's health has a 15 minute workouts dvd...it's pretty good.
