  • That is alot to lose in that time frame, just make sure you are getting enough calories that your body doesn't start to burn muscle. Keep up the good work!!

  • good point on the sugar content, I never looked on flavored vinegar, I just figured it must be low. I am going to look now!!
  • Definately a vinegarette is your best choice. I usually use just balsamic vinegar alone or mix it with a little lite ranch is good to. Any flavored vinegars are tasty. raspberry is one of my faves
  • The way see it is if it hurts don't push it, go slower. I am 260, have had 7 knee surgurys. I do intervals just like on the Biggest Loser, some of them are much heavier. I jog 3min walk 3 min, I started at 30 sec. intervals.....just move it move it!! lisa
  • Hello, I too have about 100 lbs to lose, new to this whole board thing!! I haven't posted much but read often! My first goal is to get under 200, 60 to go!! Then anything else will be gravy for me! I have never aspired to be 110, but healthier is my goal! so if that means 175 so be it as long as I feel good!
