  • I added it to my exercises, based on the Zumba website it burns 550 cals per hour. I also calculated it on my hrm and it seems very accurate.
  • I typically don't "eat back" the calories. I just have a daily deficeit. As long as I am at my initial 1200 calories. Although if I am hungry I will eat, I just make sure it is "good" choices. Usually a good chance for me to get in more of those fruits and veggies.Good luck!

  • My suggestion would be to take a look at your exercise and really evaluate how you are spending your time. HONESTLY! Is your exercise aggressive and sweaty or passive?   • My favorite new snack!!! Steamed asparagus, dijon mustard and a little bit of oliveoil mayo, just sort of to taste! I brought it to work on Tuesday and they ate it up before anything else!! I like it it with just the dijon! good luck!!

  • Great suggestion! I do a Bender ball class and wasn't sure what to enter either. So I used low impact aerobics as my entry.
  • Go with the Enell, Oprah's suggested them forever too!! They are the bomb! They will last through more then a 10lb weight loss. A bit more expensive than others but worth every penny!

  • If you are working out a gym, I love the Lat pull down machine, as well as the chest presses, these 2 have helped me alot!! ALso use the dumbell overhead, lower the weight down to your shoulder and back up, helps with the extra wave when your done waving thing!! Keep working it you'll get it!! Good luck!! Lisa

  • That is an awesome point!! I totally don't think amout sodium intake when I step on the scale after having lost just to find I gained it back, then weigh again to see it gone.   • I always weigh myself at the same time every morning. I use this for accountability, but my official weigh in is once a week on Sat. am, so as the day to day number might fluctuate at the end of the week is my official number! Which I might add has been consistently down since De. 18 when I started. Yeah!! 28 lbs. lost!!!
