My dogs get mine..its good for their coats and skin. It really helps my st bernard durring the spring when he blows out his coat..it makes it easier to brush him out and the blow out doesnt last as long...plus they love it! And its a little extra fat in their meal to help with winter fat buildup

As long as all of your numbers are within your daily count you should be just fine lovey! Try eating a salad before you eat something like that so you eat less of it and its easier to eat less because you have already filled up with the salad!

Stairs are an AMAZING work out....you burn 100 calories in 10 minutes (its tough as hell)....and you work your legs and butt and abs doing it..

Weigh yourself before 7 am...better results if its first thing ESPECIALLY if you..umm..poop lol....and work out first thing before you eat..your body burns more fat that way and wakes up faster

I'm against/...only because the taste of aspertame is DISGUSTING to me...but if you drink it and still stay within your calories everyday then more power to ya!

Try changing up your exercise routine and shock your body into using up your stored fat...I was at a plateau for about a week and a half so I started doing HIIT and I lost 2 pounds this week....give it a shot!

I looked it up online as to how many calories are burnt doing them....not that ANYONE could do them for an hour but it burns about 735 calories an hour for a 200 pound person....intense workout in 3 minutes....It kills me lol
