Its my arm day! I'm lifting as heavy as I can this week to try and shave off a few inches before my tattoo next week! I know its a long shot but I would feel ****ty with myself if I didnt even try lol

I do 30 minutes of cardio and switch on and off between upper body and lower body for my strength. I do a 20 minute cardio warm up, 30 minutes of weights for whatever muscle group I'm doing that day, and then 10 minutes of cardio to end my work out to get my heart rate pumping again. I live heavy and its SOOOO worth it.…

A little noise is ok...a friend of mine goes to the same gym as me and he yells like hes giving birth...its hard not to laugh out loud at him but I try my best....exhale as nexessary...grunt as necessary...but screaming means your probably lifting way to heavy for what your ready for...just sayin

Chocolate bars of any kind.......sweets mainly....once I start I can't stop so if I have a sweet craving I go for an orange...other then that if I can fit it in my day without going over and without wasting so many calories that I'm starving at the end of the day its going in!

It its definatly the same as MFP but it costs an arm and a leg to be a part of it. Stick with MFP for your diet and go to a gym or work out at home for your exercise...you will loose the same if not more weight then you do on the pink method...plus they have all sorts of rules and meal plans...noone really sticks to those!

Exercise is the best way to get your mutts in shape. My bully was getting super fat so I started walking her twice a day and she cut down in no time. My saint bernard on the other hand is impossible for me to walk as he outweighs me but I play with him outside as much as possible to keep his big butt in shape!
