I notice it makes my body seem more in balance ph-wise. I use it when I have reflux-for some reason this helps more than anything else.

Chin up girl! You've already done a good job towards your goal! Try eating every bite of food until it is the consistency of baby food and then swallow. It's been working for me. Made me slow down and give my body time to realize it was full.

I have too much protein everyday. I have been logging 7 to 9 grams over for the last few days. I don't have a problem with the fats. What are you eating on a typical day?
