I have had my band for 5 years, the best thing it did for me was to make me eat sloooowwww so I get full on just a little bit, my binges are 4 to 6 chips!

37 min. walk outside today, I fig thats about 2 miles?

I really need a device that tells me how far I walk, any suggestions? I go by time and by my calculations I walked 15.75 miles this month.

Well so far I am doing ok, not good but ok which is better then I have done in a very long time. 140 min. of L.S. and outside walking. Good for me.

I walked outside today instead of Sansone it is nice out and I needed to get out. I walked for 50 min., Prob. moderate so I am thinking 2 to 2.5 miles.

I only have two main goals, but I have turned into a lazy freak. All I ask of myself is wk.out at least 3 times a week and stop eating everything in sight at night. Sounds simple enough but I cant get my butt in gear. I need to take it one day at a time find a reason to stop living the lazy live style I am. Just venting.

I read how many miles people are going to walk this month and I dont know how. I have lost 80 pounds in the last few yrs. but I do not work out, I feel like I have lost all my muscle and I want to get some back but I can only do I mile a day. Oh my gosh how I understand I can eat so much at night! Drives me crazy, so I am taking it one week at a time and I have always had 1 free day a week, For 2 wks. I have been doing good with just a snack and have lost 4.5 more pounds. I wish you all the strength to nip it in the bud.

New here, trying to build a little muscle so just started exercizing(sp) set small goals. lose 2 pounds this month and wk.out twice a week. I am afraid if I start to much w/the goals I will fail. All have a great evening!

Do not mean to sound like a wimp, but I have not excercized(sp) in yrs. so starting out slow. 12 MI. for month walking and Leslie. I really need to start building up my muscle. I did warmup walk cooldown today and feel great.
