Take measurements. The scale sucks. I am in phase 3 of P90X and I havent lost much if any weight (haven't weighed in weeks) however my clothes are getting loose and I am losing inches everywhere.

I am a MFP junkie! You can add me. I am currently in phase 3 of P90X. I work out 6 days a week, and eat quite well. I too make sure to have room for chocolate and beer (and wine). Anyone else can add me too! :)

I did Curves for a while a year ago and I loved it. You get out what you put in. If you half *kitten* all the machines then you won't see results. We had little cards to record our reps on the machines and I just tried to always do that plus one and continued to do that. I would do jumping jacks, squats, lunges etc…

5'4" goal weight is 150-160. Currently 198 (just had baby #2). I would take an extra 3-4" for height as well :happy:

check out http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ That will give you your BMR, TDEE and cut number. That might be helpful. MFP has me at 1620 and I eat back my exercise calories so I am usually around the 2000 mark. 28yo 198lbs 5'4"

yummy protein bars (pure protein double chocolate vanilla crunch are my fav right now), plain greek yogurt with chocolate protein powder or granola and berries, caramel rice cakes.

I say do what works for you! I have girlfriends that tell me that I better not get skinnier than them. UM excuse me, I have been the fat friend for years time to pass the torch. I started my journey at 223lbs, got down to 179 and then got pregnant (12 weeks post delivery and have 19lbs to go to reach 179 again woop woop).…
