^^ Yes. Whatever will work for you. I could tell you what works for me but it might be completely different for you. Once you increase your calories I bet you will be feeling better. I eat 3 meals, 2 snacks. I try to always include protein and veggies/fruit with my meals.

All of this ^^^^ I have more to lose than you but am consistently losing eating between 1600-1800. I am also very active.

^^^ this. I donate every 6 weeks and you are supposed to drink lots of water and eat well that day and for me the day after. No strenuous exercise for 24 hours. I use this day as a maintenance day. Eat well, drink water and take a rest day your body will thank you! Oh eating some red meat won't hurt either. That's what…

We get 10-15% of our salary (that is taxed at almost 40% so 6%-8% bonus), and then we have a nice lunch or dinner where they hand out $50 gift cards. My previous job, we got maybe $100. A bonus is a bonus. I agree it's not to be expected, but it should be appreciated. I do work for an amazing company so I am not…

Or........ you aren't eating enough. Perhaps put in your exercise calories and eat those back. Check out this website too........ http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/

^^^this. Nothing fills your heart to the point of bursting until you hear your little one(s) tell you they love you, or you are the best or you are their best friend. I have a 4 year old and a 7 month old and not a day goes by that I would wish anything else.

This is exactly where I am at right now. I work in Duluth so I am able to take advantage of the skywalk system. 45 minute walk and some days I go down and up every set of stairs I encounter. But, I haven't been going to Curves lately and I plan to put in my Jillian DVD a few times a week but I just like to snuggle up with…

This is amazing. Made me all teary eyed. What a great day!

Super sorry, what I meant was FOR ME it works way better than previous prescriptions I was on. Never meant to stigmatize anyone. :frown:

Exercise specifically Zumba and walking. Taking a mutivitamin, b-complex vitamin, caltrate (for the vitamin D) and a fish oil pill. (per my MD). For me, this works better than previous prescriptions I was on.

I have a 4 year old and a 5 month old. I do one of three things, get up at 4:30am and do my workout (P90X or Jillian DVD's) before every one is awake, both kids are in bed by 7:30 so I can work out after they are asleep, OR I work 7:30-4 and go to the gym directly after work and then I am at daycare in time for pick up…

^^^ and this! With P90X I lose 5 WHOLE pounds but 18". Huge progress, the scale is evil.

Have you tried http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ ? Be honest with you activity level I would say 3-5 hours moderate to 5-6 strenuous. Your BMR is right around 1450 right? Considering you aren't inactive I would net ABOVE that. Maybe increase your NET by 100 and see what happens. A lot of people figure their…

Wow are you pretty, you would be gorgeous if you lost 30lbs. NO JOKE. Heard it from an old timer while I was bartending at the local bar.
-
For a 4 year old and 5 month old it costs us $1,300/month.
-
I am up for new friends too! Add away  I am very active on here and try to be motivating and positive.
-
Love this. Thanks for sharing!

I was always 'overweight' but very active and 'fit', until college. At 18 years old I finally got out of a very abusive relationship, became very depressed, moved out, went to college, worked 4 jobs. 2 of which were bartending so it was bar food and lots and lots of alcohol. From 18-20 I gained about 75lbs. Drank very…

^^ This. If you DO exercise, eat back your exercise calories. That is how MFP is designed.

40 ish pounds with my first daughter and I wasn't active or eating well at all and 24 this second time (she is now 4 months old) and I stayed pretty active, watched my calories but basically OD'd on chocolate daily :)
-
Anyone can add me! :) I have a 4 year old and a 4 month old. My husband and I both work full time. What works for me (most days) is getting up at 4:30am to work out. My husband used to work afternoons so I was doing it all solo in the evenings. We are now on the same schedule so I have been able to work out after work or…
