  • Eat Breakfast and keep a photo of either a thinner you or someone who is a thin as you would like to be close (in your wallet or on the fridge) so that when you want to stick a piece of chocolate in your mouth you can look at it and stop.   • try some B 12, and drink a lot of water - I find being dehydrated makes me tired and then I drink coffee - which compounds the problem.

  • Hey Ladies! I'm going to join you, I started Monday with the start it up and did start it up and slim and limber last night. My goal is to do Slim in 6, 6 days/week and run 3 days/week (the running isn't going well this week, I'm in Canada and it's CRAZY cold here). If I stick to it I'm goint to buy myself a new coat.
